Remember, you do not check your site's page again and again with your smart phone and pc, Google records your movements all the time, if you open your site again and again, Google will record it as invalid traffic and Won't rank your site on the first page

Why not use images? 

 Now many people have a habit that when they are working on a post, they use images almost non-existent. To tell the truth, it is not fun to read posts without images. So why do you guys do this if you want to bring your site to the first page of Google? you should use at least one image on your articles before you hit the publish button. If you create illustrations or videos, that's a plus to your site ranking. While using an image or infographics in your blog post, remember to label it properly and use the 'image alt tag' for search engines to understand since they can't read image or pictures.
